Evan’s Story
19 year old Evan Deshaun Lacey, the son of Van and Precious, was found murdered near their home in Arlington, Texas after going missing in December of 2019.
Evan was known as a loving, selfless and caring individual who would go out of his way to help someone in need.
He was a proud graduate of Seguin High School's 2018 class, had a steady job and was a beloved football player, all-around athlete, and leader on and off the field. He wore the #4.
His father went on to create this player in honor of his late son, so Evan can live on through the game that he loved. We are honored to have Evan here in Canton to continue his legacy in light of his tragedy.
Van and Precious, to this day, are still searching for justice.
